Note: 3 good borders (obverse right is missing.) Low serial number (double digits). I’m verifying with some others, but I believe this to be a true ‘double stamp’ in addition to a partial stamp on the bottom of the reverse…if so, this would be the first documented ‘double stamp’ for an ML38.
