Note: In early 2000’s, I purchased this $4, the 1863 $3, and the 1864 $500 for a set from Gene Elliot at a Marietta Civil War show. These 3 notes ‘completed’ my first collection of state notes. All and all, this 4 was the nicest of the set. Hard to find in good condition
