Note: In early 2000’s, I purchased this 3, the 1863 $4, and the 1864 $500 for a set from Gene Elliot at a Marietta Civil War show. These 3 notes ‘completed’ my first collection of state notes. This note has a single digit serial number with only minor repair work on the back (note the white-out looking substance)
