Note: Pretty note…only my second example with vertical stamps. There is a neat ‘circle/dot’ besides Thweatt’s signature that bleed through on back and preserved the white paper color. I’d love to know what caused this.

Arguably…not a low overprint as some of the red protector touches the written denomination, but the signatures have been touched. I’m really interested in the stamp on the obverse right…and it appears someone stamped a sheet on top and touched the edge of this note with another stamp
